TOURNAMENT PLAY
Pairings Tournament Day
 |
Pairings
will be posted on the website by 12:00pm on Thursday before
each event. You may request a particular tee time (late or
early) when available, but you may not request a specific
pairing partner for any event. |
 |
We recommend
all players arrive at the golf course 45 minutes before their
tee time the day of an event. |
 |
ALL PLAYERS
MUST CHECK IN and find our event registration table. When this
is done, we will know who has arrived, update you on any
changes in rules or pairings, and you may sign off for your
event handicap. |
 |
In addition,
players may sign up for our Optional Games, Purchase I-Tour Merchandise, and sign up for any future event.
After you’ve checked in at our registration table you may
warm up in the manner you please and report to the tee box
at least 5-7 minutes before your group is set to tee off. |
 |
During
tournament play: Be sure to follow course rules for the day
(i.e 90 degrees in fairway etc) If there are any rule
violations that you and your 4-some can’t resolve, play 2
balls, record both scores for that hole and the Tour
Director will make a ruling after play. Exchange score
cards with the other golf cart. NO ONE IS
ALLOWED TO KEEP THEIR OWN SCORECARD. You must sign your
scorecard and you can ask your Tour Director or the Club Pro
question before you sign. If you sign an incorrect
scorecard you will be disqualified for payouts and given last
place. |

Please read
and understand our Tournament "Day of" policy

Rain Out (Bad Weather)
 |
I-Tour DOES
NOT promise to reschedule rain-out events, but will work
with each golf course and our schedule in the case of
unfriendly weather. |
 |
The golf
course will signal end of play if conditions warrant a
stoppage of play. If the club deems the golf course open
and playable, we will more than likely play, but we do not
play in the presence of lightning at anytime. |
 |
EVERY PLAYER
WILL RECEIVE A REFUND of their entry fee if and event is
rained out before we finish 7 holes. |
 |
Everyone
should be disappointed when weather ends an event, but we
ask for your cooperation as we strive to be as fair as
possible to our I-Tour members.
Your I-Tour Director will negotiate the best option for
members when those situations exist. |
 |
Houston
I-Tour LLC
reserves the right to complete less than 15 events for our
2008 Season due to unfriendly weather & the inability to
reschedule our rained out events. |

and understand our Bad Weather policy

Tour Code of
Conduct
Cheaters…Hot Heads…This is for you….
 | The
Individual Golf Tour reserves the right to take full
action on unbecoming conduct or actions we feel will hurt
the reputation or the longevity of the I-Tour. By
becoming an I-Tour Member, or by

before the close of the competition (as defined in the USGA
Rules of Golf Book - Rule 34-1b). Any and all conduct or
action deemed detrimental to the Individual Tour, other golfers or staff, the spirit of the
game, or to the host golf course are grounds for such
rejection. |
These include, but are not limited to:
1.Cheating: – Know your rules guys…We lost quite
a few good members last year because a few current players did
not know the rules during play.
2. Club throwing and/or physical derangement or
threat of others.
3. Abusive language, conduct or derogatory
criticism of the Tour and/or host facility staff, volunteers,
or other players. (If you're not happy...STAY HOME)

equipment (e.g. drivers) that complies with USGA rules.

|
Deuces Wild

Players will compete
separately in the
Deuces Wild Game
SKINS Game
SKINS is a "Big Money" Game also and is available
for all flights: Flights A&B ($25) . SKINS game entry is payable before or on the day of the tournament. The Skins
Game is a Money” game which pays out according to the best
score on the holes.
A skin is the single best score on
any of the individual 18 holes. Each
flight has its own skins games, where only players within the
flight compete for skins.
There will be a 100% pay out of the money collected at the end
of the round.
Flight A&B Example:
Say 10 people in your flight
play the Optional Skins Game. That’s $25 a piece for a pot of
$250 bucks. If there are 4 skins awarded then the payout will
be $250 / 4 = $63.00 per skin.
