Golfster Individual Tour

2005 SLOW PLAY LAW

I understand that Golfster LLC is implementing a Slow Play Law that will aggressively target slow players during each I-Tour Event.  This Slow Play Law will no longer look to penalize an entire group or 4-Some, but will simply disqualify individual players "during" an event if that player is found play too slow for our competitive tournaments.

Golfster Slow Play Law Reads:

Step 1.   If your group is deemed to be more than 1 hole behind by the Course Marshal or the Golfster Staff, you will be given your official Slow Play Law warning and asked to speed it up...pick up the pace...etc.

Step 2.  You will then be followed for 2 full holes by the empowered Course Marshal or Golfster I-Tour Staff Member.  During this time USGA Rules 17/1 - 17/4  WILL NOT apply to your 4-some.  Golfster over rules Rule 17 for pace of play.

Step 3.   If you are not caught-up when you arrive to your 3rd tee box after your official Slow Play Law Warning.  Per our observation, one or more players in your 4some will be disqualified from the tournament.

Golfster LLC will no longer *beg* players to stop slow play.  Players will be individually disqualified and NOT given a refund. I understand that I risk my entry fee if I am disqualified for Slow Play on the Golfster 2005 Individual Golf Tour.  Only consideration  will be if there is a 3-Some ahead of you.
