Text Box: Davalos wedges his way into the winners circle……… Standing on 18 tee box Paul Davalos had 15 pars and 2 bogeys, and knew he needed to do something. On his 3rd shot on the par 5 18th hole, Davalos holed out his lob wedge from the rough. The eagle gave Davalos a gross 72 net 67 on Saturday and provided him with his first win on Tour. Two strokes behind Davalos tied for 2nd place were Haja Rabe and Leon Middleton with a set of 69’s. In his first I-Tour Event Josh Zellers brought home 4th place. Joe Sublett and Gene DeForest tied for 5th place with 2 under par round of 70. Johnny Montemayor, Michael Baker, and Rolando Cantu tied for 7th place, 4 shots behind Saturday’s winner. The weather was great, high 80’s all day with overcast and a slight breeze. Pace of play was awesome with most groups finishing around 4 hours 20 minutes. Thanks flight B for leading the way. Here is your event report. Text Box: Prindible Captures First Win Of The Season On Saturday’s ……… In his first event since the passing of his Farther, J.D. Prindible dedicated Saturdays round and win to his dad. It was an emotional win for Prindible who posted a 6 under par 66 performance Saturday. Prindible was one shot better than 4 year member Eddie Robertson (67) . New comer Oscar Ortega took advantage of the great weather to finish 3rd. Lloyd Hart and Jose Garcia finished 2 shot behind our winner with a set of 68’s. James Thompson finished 6th followed by Ken Cannon, Ron Marshall and Frank Giacona.
