Dear I-Tour Members,

We are providing you with event details for our 2008 Spring Championship. Our Spring Championship is in the Houston Area, but will be for both our Dallas & Houston area combined. We have many players asking how our 2-Day Tour Championship is going to work. Thus, we have provided all of the event information:

This year, our event is being held on April 19^th & 20th (Saturday & Sunday) at Oakhurst Golf Club in Porter, TX.

Deadline for registration is April 13th
All payments (except for optional games) must be received by Wednesday April 16th

ELIGIBILITY:

You need to have played in at least “1” 2008 I-Tour events to win 1^st or 2^nd place in our Tour Championship. Our Spring Championship is a big money event, so our 1^st place and 2^nd place winners are for well established 2008 members only. If you have not “completed” your “1” events….you can not play in our 2 day event This means all No Cards (NC), Withdrawls (WD), & Disqualifications (DQ) do not count as an event for you.

FLIGHT HANDICAPS:

Handicaps for our 2008 Spring Championship will be as follows:

Flight-A (0-9) handicaps
Flight-B (10-18) handicaps

TEE TIME ORDER:

We will tee off at 9:00am on Saturday, & 9:00 am on Sunday in the following order:

· Flight-A Championship Tees 7002 yards

· Flight-B Championship Tees 7002 yards

OPTIONAL GAMES

We will 5 Optional Games for our Spring Championship.

1. Senior Skins Game (ages 46+)

Flight A & Flight B Compete Within Their Flights

1. Deuces Wild $25

2. Skins Game $25

3. Par 3 Game $25

4. Low Net Game $25 – Low Net Score of the Day

· 1st Place 40% of total pot

· 2nd Place 25% of total pot

· 3rd Place 20% of total pot

· 4th Place 15% of total pot

OTHER INFORMATION:

All entry fees ($399) must be PAID IN FULL by Wed April 16th. You may not pay the day of the event….You must be paid up before you show up at Oakhurst. You may, however, pay for optional games the day of the event.

The 1^st day leaders in each flight will tee off last in their flight on Sunday.

If you are Flight A or B, your handicap will count twice for this tournament. So if you have a 7 handicap, you will get a 7 on Saturday, then an additional 7 on Sunday.

All 1^st Place ties in each flight will be decided by Sudden Death Playoff on Sunday.

EVENT PAYOUTS

We have decided to increase our payouts to award our winners. We now have a guaranteed $5,000 for our 1^st place winner in both Flight A &B. This has been by request of our faithful members. Well, now we have it. The $5,000 will be paid no matter how many players are registered for the tournament. Final payouts 1^st-7^th place will be posted with our pairings after tournament registrations are done.
