Back to Back weekends with nice weather.  NO I did not sell my soul to the devil to get two days of good weather.  Now for a whole season, I will have to ask my Wife.  All jokes a side we had a great event at Black Horse South.  Back to back weekend events are always tough, but we still managed to get so good golf in. 

 

The Back to Back Curse finally lifted…..
Dan Burden finally lifted the back to back curse that was placed upon him almost two years ago.  Dan (71) finished one shot better that Thomas O’Reilly (72) on Saturday.  When asked about the curse Dan said,” It was worse than the Curse Of The Bambino.”    “But just like the Red Sox , I to have won again.”  Great round Dan.        Ronney Bennett (73) finished 2 shots off the lead, followed by Marc Young (74) at 3 shots off the lead.

As a proud member of the 300 club Kevin Edmonson enters the winner circle for the second time in his career.  For those of you that do not know.  The 300 club is reserved for those who are 300 yards or better off the tee box.  Since I just created The 300 Club, I get in for free, despite being 280 off the box.  When asked in the morning about winning Kevin said,” Ryan  if I win today, I will give you the shirt off of my back.”  Thanks for the shirt Kevin.   Kevin was closely followed by Sam Sharma (72) and Scott Holt (75).
